If you are interested in having your order shipped, please include your shipping address, zip code, and best phone number to reach you at. We currently accept personal checks & money orders as payment along with VISA & MasterCard credit cards. All credit card payments are subject to a 3.99% fee. We are also offering Gift Certificates in the same manor. We do not ship COD. We can extend credit or terms for large or commercial orders. Contact us for further information.
Local Pickup:
Local pick up is available by appointment only. We are usually available from 9:00-4:00 Monday-Friday and 10:00-12:00 on Saturdays. Plants can be picked up at our farm, which is located at 678 South Chiques Road, Manheim, PA 17545. Please contact us prior to a pickup to schedule a date & time.
Shipping:
We can ship to most states in the eastern US. Certain states, particularly the west and southwest, restrict entry of certain tree species. If you live in those states please check your local USDA office before placing an order. We do not ship to Alaska or Hawaii. We do not ship out of country due to regulations. Trees are shipped in their containers within cardboard tubes or boxes. They are packed tight with newspaper to protect them during transport.
We prefer to ship via UPS, so we can ship to street addresses only instead of post office boxes. If you must have your trees shipped by another method, please contact us for special arrangements. We will deliver on large enough wholesale orders.
We ship trees from about March 1st – June 30th and again from September 1st-December 21st. This limits damage due to freezing in the colder months and overheating in the summer.
